Study carried out with 113 populations from different racial groups
The Rushton's theory, which seeks to study the biological differences between Negroids (blacks), Caucasoids (whites) and Mongoloids (Asians) races. A large study, based on Rushton's theory, looked at penis length and circumference in 113 populations around the world, specifying the results across ethnic / racial groups. The study also compared the results of other publications to academic and to verify the consistency of the data and reached the following result:

The author comments on the results based on documents and historical reports:
'The greater penis length of blacks than of Caucasians was first observed in the first century AD by the Greek medical doctors Galen (130-201 AD) (Lewis, 1990).
This was also observed in the Middle East in medieval times and was noticed in "the Thousand and One Nights", a collection of stories from Persian origin of the 9th century and translated in the 19th century by the British Arabist Richard Burton (1885–1888).
Several of the historians report on Persian wives who obtain sexual satisfaction from black slaves because they gave greater pleasure because of the larger size of their penises. Reports appear in ancient Jewish and Greco-Roman sources (Goldenberg, 2003, pp. 190, 369-370 n. 48-51; Thompson, 1989, pp. 6, 107, 210 n. 85)'
Study done in Portugal
The study included 498 volunteers, of which 95% were white men, 3.8% were black men and 1.2% were of mixed race. The study had the following result:

Study conducted with countries around the world
According to studies carried out by the site worlddata.info, famous for its statistical research of global proportions, brought the result of a survey on average penis size for several countries. Countries with African populations, had the largest penis sizes:

Conclusion
Since antiquity, it has been observed that black people have the largest penis among races, and research confirms the observation. Although the two studies were carried out in totally different locations, both had very close results, with the average penis length close to 17.5 cm for black men. This consistency between the results only confirms what popular culture had already consolidated.

There is a tendency in the academic world to avoid studies that deal with biological differences between races, especially between blacks and whites. Research that involves sexuality in a racial context brings certain conclusions that are not interesting for certain ethnic groups, who prefer that they are not published. The fact is that, even though it is a difficult truth to accept, it is unquestionable that black men have larger penises than whites and other races.
